How to Order/ Our Policy

We take great pride in our products and would love to share them with you.  All items are handmade and customized, using your photos.  We have many products with different options, allowing you to make your product unique.

Once you have chosen a product and selected your options please email me at:  sboleski@gmail.com.

From start to finish, please allow 2-3  weeks to complete the order process at this time.     

All custom items are handmade by me and are non refundable.  Orders are completed on a first come first serve basis. If you are wanting to rush and order there will be an additional charge. 

For large custom orders, for weddings or other large events or for a business, please email us at sboleski@gmail.com

All items are based on product availability.  If a product, for any reason, becomes unavailable to me and you have already made your purchase, I will only under this circumstance, issue a full refund. 

I will thouroughly examine every product prior to shipping to make sure there are no defects.  I will also take photos of all finished products to verify I did not send you a damaged product and that damages were done during shipping.
